Prescribed sources of information
Each chapter in part I
contains a listing of prescribed sources for the areas of the description (see 1.0B) for
the bibliographic resources covered by that chapter. Enclose in square brackets
information taken from outside the prescribed source(s). Generally, prefer
information found in the chief source of information to information found
elsewhere. When the other sources of information are placed in a ranking order
by specific chapters, follow that order.
